Personal Profile


Hi! My name is Irini Wiersma.

For as long as I can remember I have been creating. I spend my entire childhood drawing and painting. As I got older I started to develop an interest in technology, biology and science: logical thinking.

This is why IGAD (International Game Architecture and Design, NHTV Breda) was my dream school. Combining art and technology sparked my love for 3D art.

During my years in IGAD I specialized in environment art. My main skills are modeling, texturing, and world building. But, whenever possible, I like to go out of my comfort zone and learn different techniques like; procedural modeling, architectural modeling, and animation.

However, no matter what technique or skill I use, my focus is always the end goal: creating worlds. I love creating an environment with a special atmosphere and a story.
